Joe is the Director of Security for the NC Education Lottery. He has been with the lottery since 2012 and has been the Director of Security since 2017. He spent 29 years in the US Army (14 years of Active Duty and 15 years as a Reservist). He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer as a Military Intelligence Tech.
